Refund policy
Due to the personal-use and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales made through Forge Face Wrks are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations and do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with color, texture, appearance, scent, results, or other subjective reasons.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging, and issue
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Do not discard the product or its original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as we may need additional photographs or information.
OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal-care products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, applied, or used are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange.
This restriction does not affect rights or remedies that may be required by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders cannot be guaranteed to be changed or cancelled after they are placed.
Because we work to process orders quickly, once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to modify the shipping address, products, quantities, or other order information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and shipping information for accuracy before completing checkout.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Forge Face Wrks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law for merchandise that is not shipped or delivered as legally required.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms, front desks, or other locations where the carrier may have left the package.
Contact us if you believe there is a problem with your shipment. We will review available tracking and order information and assist where reasonably possible.
Any rights or remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected.
PRODUCT RESULTS AND INDIVIDUAL REACTIONS
Cosmetic products may perform differently from person to person. Individual results are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and ingredient lists before use and discontinuing use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
A lack of desired cosmetic results, personal preference, or an individual reaction does not by itself make a product eligible for a voluntary refund or return.
This provision does not limit any rights or remedies available for a defective, unsafe, or otherwise nonconforming product under applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International orders may also be subject to consumer-protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Where applicable law grants a customer a mandatory right of cancellation, withdrawal, refund, replacement, or other remedy, those rights will apply notwithstanding this policy.
Certain sealed cosmetic or personal-hygiene products may not qualify for a right of withdrawal after their seal has been broken where permitted by applicable law.
FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CLAIMS
Forge Face Wrks reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or misleading claims and to provide relevant transaction, shipping, tracking, and communication records to payment processors or other appropriate parties when responding to disputes or as otherwise permitted by law.
This provision does not restrict a customer’s lawful right to dispute a transaction or exercise rights available under applicable law.
